Consultation meeting on IHIP-NEC4 construction contracts for humanitarian works
As a follow up to the MoU signed between NEC and IHIP in July 2023, we are collaborating to propose a version of the NEC contract adapted to the humanitarian context. We have already done some work driven by NEC and Richard Patterson from Mott MacDonald in adapting the IHIP conditions of particular applications to the NEC4: Engineering and Construction Short Contract.
This version is ready to be discussed and will be proposed for discussion next Thursday 28th September from 15h to 16h CEST on teams with the following agenda:
- IHIP and FIDIC green book and market feedback (Francois Baillon IHIP)
- Introduction to NEC (Ian Heaphy NEC)
- Additional conditions to ECSC for NGO sector (Richard Patterson Mott MacDonald)
