- When you download a document, register for an event, or participate in an online survey, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.

- The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on IHIP latest announcements and upcoming events. It also helps us to improve our services, content, and outreach strategy. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by unsubscribing from the newsletter or sending an email to contact@ihip.earth.
- We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve IHIP’s content, services, and customer communications.
Collection and Use of Project Information
Project information is data that can be used to uniquely identify a single project.
You will be asked to provide your project information if you decide to register your project through the IHIP platform. IHIP and its member may share this project information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Project information will stay private and will not be shared outside IHIP membership. We will never rent or sell your project information.
The project information once made anonymous, meaning we delete all information which could identify your project, can be consolidated by IHIP with other project information to obtain trends and statistics. IHIP reserves its right to make those trends and statistic public.

We automatically collect information through the IHIP website to help administer, protect, and improve our services.
